What We Believe
We believe the 66 books of the Holy Bible are the infallible, inspired Word of God and the ultimate guide for our faith and daily lives. We worship one eternal God existing in a Tri-unity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Our faith centers entirely on the Lord Jesus Christ, who is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and voluntarily died on the cross to satisfy the righteous demands of God, purchasing eternal salvation for mankind before victoriously rising from the dead.
We believe that because humanity is born with a sinful nature, salvation cannot be earned through good deeds or religious works; it is entirely a free gift of God. This salvation is received by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ. Once a person accepts Christ as Savior, we practice believer’s baptism by immersion as a public declaration of that inward faith. As a community, we are devoted to gathering regularly for worship, teaching, prayer, and the Lord’s Supper, operating under the guidance of a plurality of elders from within our congregation rather than a single paid pastor.
Finally, we live in eager anticipation of the bodily return of Jesus Christ to gather His redeemed people, followed by His glorious return to establish His Kingdom of righteousness on earth. We believe in the eventual bodily resurrection of all people and the fulfillment of God’s eternal promises. Until that day, we remain deeply committed to Christ’s Great Commission: preaching the Gospel and making disciples of all nations.
